OLMAS Constructions is the construction and infrastructure division of OLMAS Group, founded and led by Chairman Abdul Basir OLMAS. For more than 25 years, our engineers, project managers, and site teams have delivered infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects across Afghanistan — on schedule, on budget, and built to standard.

We walk the empty lot with you. Budget, program and non-negotiables are fixed before a line is drawn — the building starts as a staked footprint and a shared idea.
Proposal & Planning
Architects and estimators turn the vision into coordinated CAD drawings — structural grid, elevations, dimensions — and a fixed-scope, permit-ready proposal.
Logistics & Scheduling
The crane goes up, materials are staged and every trade is sequenced on the critical path. Foundations are poured on the day the schedule says.
Site Preparation & Construction
Walls rise wing by wing, the colonnade goes up column by column and the pediment caps the portico — under scaffold, with daily reports.
Quality Assurance & Completion
Scaffold down, glazing in, landscape planted. Independent inspections close the punch list to zero and the keys are handed over.
